Location: Downtown Phoenix (7th Street)
Position Type: Temporary / Seasonal (60–90 Days)

Nirvana Cannabis is seeking motivated, reliable, and customer-focused individuals to join our Downtown Phoenix (7th Street) dispensary as Temporary Support Staff. This position is expected to last approximately 60–90 days and is intended to support operational needs while providing an opportunity to gain valuable experience within the cannabis industry.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to work in a fast-paced retail environment, develop their skills, and demonstrate their potential with a growing organization.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to dispensary guests
  • Assist with customer check-in and intake procedures
  • Support sales staff with customer flow and operational needs
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the facility
  • Stock, organize, and replenish sales floor inventory
  • Assist with inventory counts and operational projects as assigned
