Job description

Job Title: Engineering Technician

Responsibilities

  • Set up, instrument, and tear down products undergoing testing in a laboratory environment.
  • Build and assemble test fixtures, prototype products, and instrumentation components to support test activities.
  • Install, route, crimp, and connect wiring, wire harnesses, and electrical components according to instructions and standards.
  • Use basic hand tools, including sockets, screwdrivers, wrenches, and hammers, to perform mechanical and electrical tasks.
  • Read, understand, and follow test procedures and work instructions with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Support troubleshooting and assembly activities by observing tests, reviewing test data, and assisting in resolving issues.

This is a Contract position based out of Waukesha, WI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $33.00/hr.
