CNC Machine Operator / Tool Grinder – 1st Shift  Will Train

$20–$30/hr | Will Train | Quarterly Bonuses

Join Sharon-Cutwell and learn to operate advanced CNC tool-grinding equipment used to manufacture custom precision cutting tools for aerospace and other high-tech industries.

No CNC experience? We’ll train the right person. Start with easier jobs and established setups, then progress into machine setup, troubleshooting, and potentially advanced CNC programming.

Pay: $20–$30/hour based on experience and skillBonus: Quarterly performance bonuses — recent bonuses have been very strong

What You’ll Do
  • Learn and operate CNC tool-grinding machines
  • Run established jobs and progress into machine setup
  • Inspect precision tools and make machine adjustments
  • Work on a variety of custom jobs rather than repetitive production
  • Build your skills toward advanced setup and CNC programming
