Production Operator Details:

  • Temp-to-Hire position
  • $17.00 /hour
  • Full Time work available
  • Various shifts available (Monday through Friday)
  • Operate production equipment while following safety and quality standards
  • Assemble and inspect components to ensure product quality
  • Follow written work instructions and production procedures
  • Complete required production documentation and quality checks
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area throughout the shift

Production Operator Qualifications:

  • Manufacturing or production experience preferred; willing to train motivated employees
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate in English to safely follow work instructions, complete documentation, and understand training materials
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
  • Must successfully pass a background check and 10-panel saliva drug screen (THC excluded)
  • Reliable attendance, strong work ethic, and an interest in building a long-term career with the company
  • Applicant may be subject to a background check
  • Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
