Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring a Procurement Data Entry Coordinator for a manufacturing company in Detroit Lakes, MN. In this role, you'll support procurement operations by maintaining accurate purchasing records, processing purchase orders, and ensuring critical vendor and inventory information is entered correctly.   • Process purchase orders accurately and in a timely manner
  • Enter purchasing information into the ERP system and maintain accurate records
  • Verify pricing, quantities, part numbers, and vendor information before processing orders
  • Monitor purchase order acknowledgements and assist with tracking order status
  • Maintain vendor records and organize procurement documentation
  • Coordinate with Receiving, Accounting, Inventory, and other departments to resolve discrepancies
  • Generate purchasing reports and assist with data collection for department metrics
What You Need to Bring to the Procurement Data Entry Coordinator Role:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous data entry, administrative, purchasing, or office experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent data entry accuracy
