Job Description
Job Location: Ewa Beach
Compensation: $20-22/hour
Employment Type: Temp to Hire - Full Time
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-4pm
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist General Manager with administrative support and office procedures
  • Opens, distribute or handles incoming mail
  • Answer telephone and convey or routes messages to staff member
  • Coordinates reports and prepares information
  • Organize and types a variety of reports, proofreading all work. Prepares fax/letter transmittal
  • Maintains master calendar of meeting and mail-outs
  • Prepares agenda and notices
  • Contacting Board members
  • Greeting clients
  • Performs other work related duties as assigned
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in professional office environment
  • Ability to type 55+WPM
  • Proficiency in MS Word and Excel Spreadsheet
  • Self-starter, problem solver
