The Maintenance Millwright Apprentice is responsible for supporting the maintenance team in maintaining and repairing plant equipment and mechanical systems within the Pepsi bottling and processing facility. Under the guidance of licensed tradespeople and experienced technicians, this role involves inspecting equipment, performing preventive maintenance, and assisting with repairs and installations in accordance with manufacturer specifications and company standards.
The successful candidate will support day-to-day maintenance activities, including preventive maintenance, repairs, equipment changeovers, and installations on advanced manufacturing and production equipment. Responsibilities also include assisting with troubleshooting equipment malfunctions, learning diagnostic techniques, and developing the skills required to become a fully certified Industrial Mechanic (Millwright).
