Hiring now! Our client, a long-standing manufacturing company with multiple facilities across North America, is looking for a Red Seal Millwright to join their team in Langley, BC. If you enjoy hands-on mechanical work, troubleshooting, and supporting a busy production environment, this role offers long-term stability and growth.


What Youll Do
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on plant and production equipment

  • Complete machine setups and precision tooling installation

  • Conduct welding, lathe, and milling work as needed

  • Support machine operators with equipment adjustments

  • Diagnose equipment issues and resolve breakdowns

  • Work independently while contributing to a team-focused environment


What You Bring
  • Red Seal Millwright certification (required)

  • Strong troubleshooting and equipment repair experience

  • Good working knowledge of industrial mechanical systems

  • Experience with welding, machining, and fabrication
