Job Summary
The ideal candidate in this role will perform a wide range of duties in an industrial manufacturing environment. This individual will be part of a team responsible for safely and efficiently producing precast concrete products of the highest quality standards. We build precast concrete products year-round inside our plant at 1431 Products Rd. Fuquay-Varina, NC. Our employees typically work Monday through Friday with some Saturdays and overtime.
Job Responsibilities
Set up concrete forms
Strip and clean concrete forms and productsÂ
Prepare steel molds for filling with concreteÂ
Perform basic carpentry skillsÂ
Facility maintenance and housekeepingÂ
Other responsibilities may be assigned on a temporary or permanent basis as neededÂ
Job Requirements
Minimum high school diploma or equivalentÂ
At least 2 years of concrete experience preferred
Knowledge of basic math and measurements Â
Ability to read/write simple instructions and communicate effectively with team membersÂ
Ability to lift up to 40Â lbs. periodically throughout the day
