Journeyman Plumber – Build Something Big With Us
Location: Pasadena, CA
Company: Temp Kings AC, Plumbing, Heating
Apprentice Plumber – Build the Plumbing Division From Day One
Temp Kings Plumbing — Pasadena, CA

We’re not hiring just another apprentice.
We’re looking for the future leader of our plumbing division — someone who wants to learn the trade the right way and eventually help run the show inside one of Pasadena’s fastest-growing home service brands.
If you’ve ever thought, “I don’t want to be stuck at the bottom forever — I want to build something,” this is your shot.
Why This Role Is Different
• Ground-floor opportunity: You’ll be part of launching a brand-new plumbing division
 • Clear career ladder: Apprentice → Journeyman → Plumbing Division Lead
 • Your input matters: You’ll help shape how trucks are stocked, jobs are run, and systems are built
 • Leadership training included: We invest in techs who want to move up
What You’ll Do
• Assist lead plumbers on residential & light commercial installs and service
 • Learn water heaters, drain systems, re-pipes, fixture installs, and diagnostics
 • Set up and break down jobsites, stage materials, and maintain clean work areas
 • Use company apps for notes, photos, and job tracking
 • Maintain tools, van stock, and a professional appearance
 • Deliver top-tier customer service on every call
What We’re Looking For
• 0–2 years plumbing or construction experience preferred (not required)
 • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn — attitude matters more than resume
 • Comfortable working with your hands and on your feet all day
 • Professional, respectful, and customer-focused
 • Valid driver’s license & clean driving record
The Reality (and the Opportunity)
We’re in launch mode. That means this is not a dead-end helper role — your growth will match the company’s growth. As call volume increases, you’ll be trained to take on more responsibility, higher pay, and leadership over future hires.
Pay & Perks
• Hourly pay + performance incentives
 • Paid training & advancement path
 • Branded uniforms & professional tools
 • Company vehicle eligibility as you advance
 • Long-term earning potential far above industry averages
