What You'll Do
  • Operate and monitor automated production equipment
  • Load PCB boards and electronic components into manufacturing machines
  • Assist with SMT and assembly processes
  • Assemble server units using hand and power tools
  • Follow computer-based work instructions and build sheets
  • Perform quality inspections and product testing
  • Record production results and maintain accurate documentation
  • Ensure products meet quality and performance standards
What We're Looking For
  • At least 1 year of experience in manufacturing, production, assembly, machine operation, warehouse, or related work
  • Comfortable using hand and power tools
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
  • Basic math and computer skills
  • Strong attention to detail and reliability
  • Ability to read and follow work instructions in English

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mount Pleasant, WI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.

Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
