The Bilingual Recruiter & HR Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the HR team during a period of transition and growth, ensuring effective communication and accessibility for Spanish-speaking employees while assisting with recruiting and HR initiatives. This is a temporary (3-6 months), part-time, on-site position ideal for candidates who are passionate about people, detail-oriented, and eager to make a positive impact.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate recruiting activities, including job postings, candidate sourcing, applicant screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
  • Support hiring managers throughout the recruitment process and help maintain a positive candidate experience.
  • Translate employee-facing materials such as policies, forms, communications, training materials, and HR resources from English to Spanish and vice versa.
  • Assist with Spanish-language employee communication and review HR documents to improve accessibility for Spanish-speaking employees.
  • Provide general administrative support for recruiting and HR initiatives, including organizing and maintaining HR documentation and records.
  • Support special projects and perform other duties as assigned to assist the HR team.
Qualifications
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish, with strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
  • High school diploma or GED required; degree or coursework in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • At least 1 year of experience in recruiting, HR, administrative, or related roles.
  • Experience translating employee communications, policies, or workplace documents preferred.
  • Experience working in a bilingual workforce environment preferred.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management abilities.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
