Job description

Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead and support daily manufacturing operations in a production environment. This position will oversee team activities, help maintain efficient workflow, promote quality and safety standards, and ensure production goals are met. The ideal candidate has proven leadership experience and a strong background in industrial painting or coatings.
Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and support production employees to ensure daily goals and quality standards are met.
  • Coordinate workflow, staffing, and production activities to maintain efficient operations.
  • Provide direction, training, and coaching to team members.
  • Monitor production processes and address issues that may affect safety, quality, or productivity.
  • Ensure employees follow established safety procedures, work instructions, and PPE requirements.
  • Apply knowledge of industrial painting/coating processes to support production and troubleshoot issues.
  • Inspect work and help ensure finished products meet quality expectations.
  • Communicate production needs, concerns, and performance issues to management.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Assist with other production-related duties as needed.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
  • Previous painting experience required, preferably in a manufacturing, industrial, or coatings environment.
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to lead by example and work effectively with a diverse production team.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Strong commitment to safety, quality, and productivity.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and perform other physical activities associated with a manufacturing environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience supervising manufacturing or production employees.
  • Experience with industrial painting, powder coating, or related finishing processes.
  • Familiarity with production scheduling, quality control, and workplace safety practices.
Schedule & Compensation  
  • 2nd Shift: 1:00 pm – 9:30 pm
  • $32.00 per hour
