Production Laborer

Spring Lake, MI, 2nd Shift, $14.75/hour

Job Summary

A growing company specializing in food-grade blending and packaging processes is seeking a Production Laborer to join their dynamic 2nd Shift team. Hours are 2:00pm–10:30pm (Monday–Friday) with some overtime as required. In this role, you’ll be an integral part of the production process, ensuring that high-quality products are prepared, packaged, and shipped efficiently.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Production Laborer, your responsibilities will include:

  • Following customer-specific batch and work orders to produce accurate products.
  • Measuring and mixing raw materials according to precise formulas.
  • Assisting with filling containers and drums with products.
  • Packing and prepping finished products for shipment.
  • Cleaning and maintaining workstations to ensure a safe and efficient production environment.

Qualifications:
  • GED or High School Diploma required
