Warehouse Team Member

We are excited to announce another expansion at our Ogden Distribution Center! With the quick growth we are experiencing, we need additional team members on DAY SHIFT AND SWING SHIFT AND WEEKEND SHIFT. Our new facility processes and distributes our outdoor and winter sports equipment, footwear, and apparel with the latest in high tech material handling and storage equipment. We are looking for high energy, team players who have a stellar work ethic and drive to improve their personal and professional development. As our warehouse grows, we will focus on developing those high caliber players and provide opportunities for advancement. We work hard and we play harder!

What You'll Do

This is a seasonal position, which requires a high attention to detail and accountability. As a team member you will learn and work in all areas of Distribution Center operations including receiving, put-away, picking/packing, replenishment, and returns. We will train you on the latest in material handling equipment and systems required to do the job safely and efficiently. Quality, accuracy, and on-time delivery are our key measurements and safety is our top priority.

As a seasonal employee, you will have an opportunity to demonstrate the necessary skills to become a regular status employee. Good attendance, hard work, and reliability are major factors in becoming a regular status employee.

We have THREE shifts at the distribution center.

1st Shift: 6:00am-2:30pm Wage: $17/hr

2nd Shift: 2:30pm-11:00pm Wage: $17hr + $2/hr Shift Differential = Total $19/hr

Weekend Shift: Friday, Saturday, Sunday 6:00am-6:30pm 3/12 schedule Wage: $19/hr + 4 additional hours (differential) of paid time total of 40 hours/week

*Work 36 hours and get paid for 40 hours.

This role is based at our modern distribution center in Ogden, Utah--the gateway to the many exciting ski areas and other outdoor recreation. This role is located in a warehouse environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. The employee is frequently required to sit, stand and walk. The employee must regularly kneel, stoop, crouch, twist and lift up to 50 pounds, with or without accommodations.
