Job description

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Bilingual Order Picker in Kearny, NJ. The ideal candidate must be fluent in both English and Spanish, must have their own car, and be experienced working in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This position requires hands-on experience operating a ride-along pallet jack to accurately pick, stage, and prepare orders for shipment. Experience using RF scanners a plus. Candidates must demonstrate attention to detail, efficiency, and commitment to following warehouse safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Pick orders using a ride-along forklift (walkie rider) – must have experience
  • Accurately select products from inventory using pick tickets or electronic orders with an RF scanner (training available)
