PAID TIME OFF (HOSTED):

• PTO - 2- Weeks PAID Vacation Time (80 hrs Annually) for Worker Hosted Crew Members. Once you reach 520 hrs (Worker Hosted) you will receive an increase and PTO through OC3PL. Once you reach 520 hrs (Worker Hosted) you will receive an increase and PTO through OC3PL.

HOLIDAY PAY (HOSTED):

• 8 Company PAID Holidays for Worker Hosted Crew Members.

PAY INCREASE

Once a crew member has met the required hours (520 hrs) on assignment at OC3PL the crew member will receive a pay increase so long as the crew member is meeting/exceeding attendance and performance standards at OC3PL.

REFERRAL BONUS $200

$200 referral bonuses!! Crew members who refer a new Crew Member to OC3PL will receive a $200 bonus once their referral works 520 hrs (3.25 months) and becomes Worker Hosted with OC3PL.

WORKER HOSTED:

• This is a temp-to-hosted position. Bluecrew Crew Members will be promoted to hosted after they have completed 520 hours so long as the attendance and performance requirements are in good standings. There is room for career growth and advancement within OC3PL.

JOB SUMMARY:

• Basic pick and pack up to 20lbs within a warehouse environment. As a Warehouse Picker and Packer, you play a crucial role in the efficient and accurate fulfillment of customer orders. Your primary responsibility is to ensure that products are picked from designated locations, packed securely, and prepared for shipping. This role requires attention to detail, physical agility, and a commitment to maintaining a well-organized and clean workspace.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Using a scanner
• Meet UPH requirements
• Meet Attendance requirements
• Working in different departments

REQUIREMENTS:

• Standing for your entire shift
• Able to lift 20lbs
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be able to arrive on time and commit to the schedule

• No cell phone use on the floor and while clocked in for your shift. This includes listening to music.
• No posting of any photos of the OC3PL facility on any social media platforms.
• Must adhere to Attendance policy including breaks, lunches & Shift huddles
• Must consistently meet/exceed performance standards

• Follow all safety guidelines
• Smoke/Vape-Free facility

• Please park in the main parking lot. Enter through the side door to the left of the main front doors. Please call your Bluecrew Onsite manager upon arrival.
• DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THIS POSITION IF YOU HAVE PRIOR APPOINTMENTS DURING WORKING HOURS, AND CAN'T WORK THE EXACT POSTED FULL SCHEDULE.CHECK THE DISTANCE FOR YOUR TRAVELING PURPOSES AND/OR BUS SCHEDULES.

You will be automatically enrolled in Bluecrew’s ONAROLL Program! You will earn points to cash in for items and gift certificates every shift that you work!

This is a temp-to-hire position. The company will offer you a position with them once your hours are fulfilled so long as you meet attendance and performance requirements.

Warehouse Associate - Experience Preferred

***General Requirements***

When working in a warehouse environment through Bluecrew, you may be expected to do any and all of the following:

• Working independently or in a team to pick, pack, and ship items
• Safely relocating or repacking inventory items as directed, up to 50 pounds in weight
• Operating machinery or other light equipment as trained in a safe and responsible manner
• Reaching, crouching, bending over, and other physically strenuous activities as required by the immediate supervisor
• Working on your feet at a fast pace for the entirety of the shift
• Comfortable working in an environment where there are forklifts, machinery, large trucks, and other standard or sub-standard warehouse equipment
• There may be a specific dress code, but if it is not listed, please make sure to wear close-toed shoes and pants.

It is important to Bluecrew that you go home in the same healthy state that you came to work in, so please do not accept this assignment if you cannot fulfill all of the above duties.
