Temporary Oracle Accounting Jobs (NOW HIRING)

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Reporting & Analysis: Prepare detailed income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow forecasts. Identify financial trends and provide variance analysis against budgets.
• Reconciliation & General Ledger: Maintain general ledger accounts, perform monthly/quarterly closes, and reconcile bank statements.
• Compliance & Auditing: Ensure that all financial processes comply with established accounting standards (e.g., GAAP), tax regulations, and internal privacy policies.
• Process Improvement: Recommend procedural changes to improve operational efficiency, minimize costs, and strengthen financial controls.
• Cross-Functional Support: Collaborate with various departments to track project expenses and assist management with financial planning.

Required Qualifications

• Education: A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a heavily math-focused field.
• Certifications: A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is highly desired for advanced roles.
• Hard Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and experience with enterprise accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite). Strong grasp of general ledger (GL) functions.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional mathematical aptitude, critical thinking, and keen attention to detail

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Honolulu, HI.

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $47.62/hr.
