Job description

The Medical Strategy and Knowledge Advancement (MSKA) Operations Intern supports department operations and assists with improving operational processes under the guidance of department managers.
This temporary, in-person full-time internship is located in the Arlington, VA Kerecis office and reports to the Manager of Training Operations and Events.
Major Areas of Accountability
  • Support the planning and execution of virtual and in-person training programs, meetings, and initiatives
  • Organize and update training materials, presentations, participant guides, agendas, and handouts
  • Create professional presentations, templates, newsletters, infographics, and communications using PowerPoint and Canva
  • Coordinate virtual and on-site training logistics, including invites, materials, room setup, signage, and attendee support
  • After receiving relevant training, ensure that activities comply with company standards and government regulations (e.g., HIPAA)
  • Manage printing requests, meeting room bookings, survey collection, and assist with other administrative support. Maintain departmental templates, shared resources, training libraries, and SharePoint content
  • Support special projects and other MSKA operational needs as assigned

Basic Qualifications
  • Enrollment in or recent graduation from an accredited Associate, Bachelor, or graduate program of study
  • Interest in training operations, learning and development, project coordination, and/or design
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail a must
  • Ability to collaborate with multiple departments and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
  • High level of professionalism and interpersonal relationship-building skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines while maintaining the highest standards of completeness and accuracy
