What You'll Do

  • Provide specialized nursing care for patients receiving outpatient infusion therapies
  • Administer and monitor IV medications and therapies, including antibiotics, steroids, and antifungals
  • Support infusion services involving blood/blood products and hydration therapies
  • Maintain and care for central venous access devices, including PICC lines
  • Perform patient support for therapies such as IV immune globulin (IVIG) and therapeutic phlebotomy
  • Assist with care needs related to infusion pumps (intrathecal/implanted)
  • Provide education/support for treatment-related self-administration when applicable

What You Need

Required
  • Current New York Temporary Health Care Service Agency License/Registration Certificate (must be submitted up front with nursing submissions)
  • EPIC experience (please ensure it is noted on your submission to prevent delays)
  • Ability to complete onboarding/clearance requirements, including de-escalation training as required for agency onboarding
Preferred
  • Experience working in an outpatient infusion center or similar infusion/IV therapy environment
