Temporary Brand Ambassador - 8/6-8/9
Location: Fairfield, CA
Pay Rate: $20/hr
8/6-8/9 - Multiple Shifts Available!

We’re hiring energetic Brand Ambassadors for an upcoming sampling event and help create a great shopping experience by offering customers delicious bakery samples. If you enjoy interacting with people, have great customer service skills, and love creating positive experiences, this is a fun opportunity to earn extra income while representing popular bakery products!

What You’ll Do:
  • Set up and serve tasty bakery samples while keeping everything safe and sanitary.
  • Greet customers with a smile, invite them to try samples, answer their questions, and highlight what makes each product special.
  • Talk up product features, ingredients, and fun ways to enjoy the bakery items.
  • Watch your supplies, restocking as needed to keep the samples flowing.
  • Gather customer feedback to help us improve and share insights with your supervisor.
  • Stick to all food safety and cleaning rules throughout your shift.
  • Work with the demo team to set up, break down, and report at your station.

Who We’re Looking For:
  • You're a people person who enjoys starting conversations and making others feel welcome.
  • You bring positive energy, a friendly attitude, and aren't afraid to approach customers with confidence.
  • You have strong communication skills and can easily share information in an engaging, authentic way.
  • You're reliable, professional, and show up ready to create a great experience for shoppers.
  • You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and can stay upbeat throughout your shift.
  • You take pride in maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing workspace.
  • You're comfortable standing for extended periods (up to 6 hours) and occasionally lifting up to 40 lbs.
  • Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, events, promotions, or food service is a plus, but personality and enthusiasm matter most.
  • Basic food safety knowledge is helpful, and we're happy to provide guidance for candidates eager to learn.
