We are seeking a skilled Welder to join a premier local manufacturing team. An industrial manufacturer specializing in engineered acoustic, vibration, and noise-control products. They design and produce solutions that help manage sound and vibration in commercial, industrial, architectural, and building environments. This is a fast-paced opportunity ideal for someone who enjoys an early start and wants to maximize their earnings with consistent overtime.

Position Highlights
  • Pay: $20.00 per hour- Temp to Hire

  • Schedule: 1st Shift (5:00 AM to 1:30 PM)

  • Overtime: Consistent overtime available for those who want to earn more

Key Responsibilities
  • Blueprint Interpretation: Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and measurements to plan layouts and welding procedures.

  • Precision Setup: Prepare and align components using calipers, rulers, and other measuring tools; perform prep work with grinders as needed.

  • Welding & Fabrication: Operate manual or semi-automatic welding equipment in various positions to weld, fabricate, and repair components.

  • Inspection & Quality Control: Examine and test welded surfaces to ensure structural integrity and identify defects.

  • Safety & Maintenance: Maintain equipment and a clean, organized workspace to promote a safe working environment.

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods

  • Willingness to work overtime as needed
