Job description

Welder – 1st Shift

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of welding experience in a manufacturing environment and be comfortable working from blueprints and specifications.

The Welder is responsible for performing welding operations according to established procedures, engineering requirements, and quality standards to produce high-quality components in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Job Duties 
  • Perform welding operations following drawings, specifications, and supervisor instructions
  • Inspect completed welds to ensure quality, accuracy, and conformance to standards
  • Set up and operate welding equipment and tools safely
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with safety guidelines
  • Follow all company safety policies and quality procedures
 
Pay
$18–$21 per hour
 
Schedule
1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM – 1:20 PM
 
Experience or Skill Requirements 
  • Minimum 1 year of welding experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting
