Job description

Opportunity Overview:

Administrative Assistant based in Seabrook, NH 03874. This is a 2-months contract assignment.(W-2) You will support the Nuclear Outage by assisting to the Access Authorization / Fitness for Duty department during outage in-processing.

Your Day-to-Day:

* Drug testing collections (breathalyzer and urinalysis).

* Fingerprinting, proctoring psychological exams,

* Validating government-issued identification, reviewing Personal History Questionnaires, data entry, and communication with personnel during processing activities.

* You will complete all documentation to meet Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC), company, and client requirements.

* You will have a Monday through Friday, 7am to 3pm, forty hours a week schedule.

* Any off-hours or overtime is on a voluntary, as-needed basis.

* This is a temporary assignment with definitive start and end dates.

* Clients and site authorities expect individuals to follow and perform all work following approved safety procedures.

* We will ask you to complete the nuclear clearance process and Fitness for Duty training, and you must remain fit for duty.

* Coaching and working with personnel who are not familiar with nuclear processing requirements
