Job description

Job Summary
- Serve as a Storeroom Customer Service Representative (CSR) at a customer location.
- Provide exceptional customer service to Vallen’s clients.
- Responsible for purchasing products, goods, and materials (stock, non-stock, or stock buy) that meet company standards for price, quality, timing, and reliability.
- Respond quickly and effectively to client requests and vendor communications.
- Handle invoice resolution, resolve discrepancies, and process orders expediently.
- Utilize computer skills, including daily use of MS Office and Outlook.
- Maintain professionalism at all times.
- Position is on-site and cannot be performed remotely.
- Required to wear steel toe shoes and safety eyewear.
- Dress code is business casual (jeans/long pants, collared shirt/blouse).
- Work schedule is Monday-Friday, 7:30am-4:00pm, with occasional overtime.
- Position is temp-to-hire.
