Ubicación: Aguadilla, PR (viaje a diferentes municipios)
Horario: Disponibilidad para trabajar en campo y horarios variables

Salario:

  • Certificado y/o Grado Asociado sin experiencia: $11.50 – $12.00/hr

  • Certificado y/o Grado Asociado con experiencia: $12.75 – $13.00/hr

  • Bachillerato sin experiencia: $14.00 – $15.00/hr

Resumen del Puesto:
Estamos en búsqueda de un(a) Técnico de Servicios para realizar diagnósticos, mantenimiento y resolución de problemas en sistemas de energía solar y equipos relacionados. La persona seleccionada trabajará con tecnologías como sistemas fotovoltaicos, almacenamiento de energía, inversores y plataformas de monitoreo.

Responsabilidades:

  • Realizar inspecciones, pruebas y mantenimiento en proyectos residenciales y comerciales

  • Diagnosticar y reparar sistemas solares, baterías e inversores

  • Manejar documentación de servicios, reportes e informes técnicos

  • Administrar inventario de equipos y herramientas

  • Brindar soporte técnico a clientes y personal de campo

  • Gestionar reclamaciones de garantía con fabricantes

  • Monitorear sistemas fotovoltaicos mediante plataformas web

  • Ofrecer soporte telefónico y por correo electrónico

  • Cumplir con tareas adicionales asignadas relacionadas al puesto

Requisitos:

  • Certificado, Grado Asociado y/o Bachillerato en Electricidad, Computadoras, Ingeniería, Electrónica o área relacionada

  • Experiencia en mantenimiento y diagnóstico de sistemas eléctricos o solares (preferible)

  • Dominio de Microsoft Office

  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita

  • Capacidad para trabajar de forma independiente y en equipo

  • Habilidad analítica y resolución de problemas

  • Organización, manejo de tiempo y atención al detalle

Condiciones del Puesto:

  • Trabajo físico (levantar hasta 50–100 lbs)

  • Disponibilidad para trabajar en exteriores (sol, lluvia, calor)

  • Trabajo en alturas (techos) y espacios reducidos

  • Disponibilidad para viajar a través de Puerto Rico, incluyendo áreas remotas
