Job description

Adecco is assisting in the recruitment of a Call Center Representative for a leading company in San Juan, Puerto Rico. This is a Temp-to-Hire opportunity offering $13.50 per hour, with a hybrid work model available after completion of training.Requirements
  • 1+ year of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel or Google Docs and Sheets.
  • Professional verbal and written proficiency in both English and Spanish. Bilingual is a  must.
  • Ability to work a 40-hour workweek during standard business operating hours, Monday through Sunday, between 7:00 AM and 11:00 PM.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays based on business needs.
  • Availability to work overtime, when required.
Work Model & Schedule
  • First 4 months: Onsite training; PTO is not permitted during the training period.
  • After training: Hybrid work model.
  • 40 hours per week, Monday through Sunday, with schedules assigned based on business needs.
  • The operation is 24/7, including weekends and holidays.
  • Overtime may be required based on business needs.
  • Daylight Saving Time changes apply.

Pay Details: $13.50 per hour
