  • Leverage GenAI coding assistants for common development tasks such as code suggestions, test generation, review support, automation scripts, and troubleshooting, ensuring correctness and quality.
  • Apply GenAI in ways that reduce context switching and accelerate delivery across various engineering workflows.
  • Develop and implement large-scale software solutions using Java, Spring framework, cloud development, and Web Services, supporting high-volume transactions in highly available environments.
  • Design, deploy, and manage AI/ML models in production environments.
  • Work with containers and microservices in cloud environments, adhering to continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) practices.
  • Contribute to IT transformations and system modernization initiatives, migrating legacy platforms to distributed architectures.
  • Utilize Large Language Models (LLMs) and apply prompt engineering techniques, including custom instructions and agentic workflows, to establish effective AI-assisted development practices.
  • Collaborate with developers, architects, and cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative environment and leading other engineers.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated exposure to, or hands-on experience with, GenAI coding assistants (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude Code) across day-to-day engineering workflows (implementation, refactoring, unit testing, regression support, code reviews, scripting/automation, troubleshooting, documentation), applying engineering judgment and validation.
  • Practical familiarity with AI assistance for common development tasks (code suggestions, test generation, review support, automation scripts, troubleshooting) with clear ownership for correctness and quality.
  • Ability to apply GenAI to reduce context switching and accelerate delivery across typical workflows.
