BigData/MongoDB Developer

IDEALFORCE has a potential CONTRACT-to-Hire position available immediately for a BigData/MongoDB Developer to join our customer in Los Angeles, CA. This is an ONSITE position. Job Description

You are responsible to migrate large data sets that resides on Oracle/MySQL to MongoDB and write efficient and complex SQL queries/procedures against them to support the BI initiative of the organization. You are responsible to drive architectures, patterns and strategies for making the best use of MongoDB. Develop configure and tune MapReduce programs to run on large clusters.

Qualifications

Experience designing and developing applications on any industry leading RDBMS. Strong, hands-on experience writing SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and triggers. B.A. / B.S. or equivalent work experience. Experience with scalable and highly available distributed systems. Excellent presentation and communication skills.
