HIRING IMMEDIATELY: MODEL HOME ATTENDANT IN NORTH HOUSTON, TX
Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Model Home Attendant to join our team in Houston, Texas. This individual will be responsible for welcoming potential homebuyers, creating a warm, professional first impression, asking discovery questions and taking notes, and supporting the sales representatives with buyer insights. The ideal candidate will possess a friendly personality, customer service, hospitality, retail, or professional experience preferred, a polished, professional demeanor, and is dependable and punctual. Pay, Schedule, and Location
  • $12/hour based on experience
  • Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision
  • Flexible, part-time | 1-3 days per week (including weekends)
  • We are looking for MHAs in the Conroe, Hockley, Montgomery, Magnolia, Spring, The Woodlands
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Welcome and register prospective homebuyers in model homes
  • Create a warm, professional first impression for visitors
  • Ask simple discovery questions and take clear, organized notes
  • Share basic information about the home and community
  • Maintain the appearance and presentation of the model home
  • Support on-site sales representatives with buyer insights
Requirements and Qualifications
