Job description

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Open and close model homes
  • Monitor homes on an hourly basis
  • Greet all guests to the Signature Home Collection Center
  • Route real estate informational questions as directed by the Supervisor
  • Keep a record of traffic flow and turns in daily to sales office
  • Responsible for keeping homes stocked with collateral materials
  • Replace light bulbs as necessary
  • Perform other job related duties as requested by supervisor
  • Assist in administrative duties when required
  • Assist with Marketing initiatives
  • Maintain and engage real estate prospects through the sales database
  • Recognize and reports any needed repairs or warranty work
  • Regular inspections of homes to insure the SHC Center maintains the necessary high standards
Safety Responsibilities and Requirements:
  • Perform job responsibilities and operate equipment according to the company safety and training programs
  • Report safety or hazard concerns to management
  • Report any on the job injury to management
  • Take personal responsibility for safety every day
Qualifications/Requirements/Experience/Education:
  • Minimum two years work experience in a guest contact area
  • Excellent communication skills with outgoing personality
  • Display a strong degree of professionalism at all times
  • Display neat and professional appearance at all times
  • Experience with computer operation, Microsoft Office
