Medical Device Assembler | Electronics Assembly | 4-Day Work Week | $21-$22/hr

Join a leading medical device manufacturer and work on products that help improve patient care.

We're hiring a Medical Device Assembler / Assembly Technician for a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity. This position is ideal for candidates with experience in medical device assembly, electronics assembly, soldering, PCB assembly, microscope work, quality inspection, and small-parts manufacturing.

Schedule

  • Monday-Thursday
  • 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM
  • Overtime available as needed

Pay

  • $21.00-$22.00 per hour

What You'll Do

  • Assemble medical device components and subassemblies
  • Perform small-part and precision assembly work
  • Assemble electronic components and PCB assemblies
  • Solder wires, circuit boards, and electronic components
  • Use microscopes, magnifiers, and hand tools to complete assembly tasks
  • Conduct visual inspections and quality checks
  • Test components and finished products using measuring and testing equipment
  • Read assembly instructions, work orders, blueprints, and bills of materials (BOMs)
  • Document production activities using computer systems
  • Follow GMP, quality, and manufacturing procedures

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1+ year of experience in assembly, manufacturing, electronics assembly, medical device assembly, or production preferred
  • Experience with soldering, PCB assembly, or electro-mechanical assembly preferred
  • Ability to work with small parts and perform detailed assembly work
  • Comfortable using microscopes, measuring tools, and inspection equipment
  • Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
  • Ability to read and follow written work instructions and assembly documentation
  • Reliable attendance and ability to work in a team environment
