Medical Science Liaison (MSL) - AI Training
About the Role
We're looking for experienced Medical Science Liaisons and medical affairs professionals to help train and evaluate AI systems designed for life-science and clinical applications. Your scientific expertise will directly shape how AI understands, interprets, and communicates complex biomedical information - making a real impact on the future of healthcare AI.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role ideal for MSLs, clinical educators, and scientific advisors who want to contribute their expertise beyond traditional field work.

  • What You'll Do
    • Review and evaluate AI-generated clinical and biomedical content for scientific accuracy, clarity, and appropriateness for healthcare professional audiences
    • Validate that complex clinical trial data, safety information, and medical evidence are accurately represented in AI outputs
    • Develop and assess scientific communication strategies grounded in real-world medical evidence and HCP engagement experience
    • Identify errors, gaps, or misleading content in AI-generated medical narratives and suggest evidence-based improvements
    • Provide structured feedback using standardized evaluation frameworks to continuously improve AI model quality
    • Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule
    Who You Are
    • Background in medical affairs, clinical research, or scientific communications with direct HCP engagement experience
    • Strong ability to interpret clinical publications, trial data, and regulatory materials
    • Experience in a field-based or externally facing medical role - MSL, clinical educator, medical advisor, or similar
    • Comfortable evaluating scientific content for both technical accuracy and communicative effectiveness
    • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently
    Nice to Have
    • Prior experience with data annotation, content evaluation, or AI quality review
    • Familiarity with medical affairs workflows across therapeutic areas
    • Advanced degree in a life-science or clinical discipline (PharmD, PhD, MD, or equivalent)
