Job description

Description:

Connect Platform Strategy & Growth

•Deliver on the P&L, product strategy, and go-to-market Plan for Residex’s Connect ecosystem, including:

•Own the AI vision, roadmap, and business strategy for Residex Bridge (APIs), Pharmacy Connect, and the App Marketplace.

•Lead the App Marketplace from concept through launch — defining the commercial model, partner onboarding process, app review/certification standards, and go-to-market plan.

•Grow the Pharmacy Connect partner network, deepening integrations that improve medication management workflows (eMAR, MAR) for care providers and caregivers.

•Define API monetization and packaging strategy for Residex Bridge, working closely with Product and Engineering leadership on interoperability and platform extensibility.

•Build and manage relationships with third-party developers, ISVs, and technology partners who build on the Residex platform.

Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Leadership

•Own the P&L, product strategy, and go-to-market plan for Residex's RCM offering.

•Drive improvements to billing, claims, and collections workflows that reduce days-to-payment and improve financial outcomes for care providers and operators.

•Ensure RCM capabilities remain aligned with evolving reimbursement, compliance, and regulatory requirements across senior living and skilled nursing (SNF) settings.

•Partner with Customer Success and Sales to drive RCM adoption, retention, and expansion across the existing customer base.

General Management & P&L Ownership

•Hold full P&L accountability for the Connect and RCM business lines, including revenue targets, cost management, and investment prioritization.

•Define and report on key performance indicators, including API/partner adoption, App Marketplace transaction volume and revenue, Pharmacy Connect network growth, and RCM revenue and retention.

•Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to align execution with company-wide priorities.

•Present business performance, strategy, and investment recommendations to executive leadership on a regular cadence.

Team Leadership

•Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team spanning product management, partnerships, and business operations.

•Establish a strong operating cadence and a culture of accountability, collaboration, and customer focus within the Connect and RCM organization.

Requirements:

•20+ years of experience in SaaS, health tech, or senior living technology, including at least 5 years in a general manager, P&L owner, or senior platform/product leadership role.

•Demonstrated experience building or scaling API, platform, or marketplace businesses (e.g., developer ecosystems, third-party app marketplaces, partner integration programs).

•Experience with Revenue Cycle Management, medical billing, or healthcare reimbursement is strongly preferred.

•Track record of launching new business lines or products from concept to scale.

•Strong commercial acumen, with experience developing pricing, packaging, and partner/revenue-share models.

•Excellent cross-functional leadership skills, with experience partnering closely with Engineering, Product, Sales, and Customer Success.

•Familiarity with EHR, eMAR, or other healthcare-adjacent software categories is a plus.

•Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.

•Willingness to travel periodically for customer, partner, and industry engagements.
