International Motors is hiring motivated Material Handlers at both entry-level and experienced levels. This is a temporary, full-time opportunity starting in May, with strong potential to convert to a permanent role based on performance.

Responsibilities

  • Support team success by taking on additional tasks and contributing wherever needed

  • Execute end-to-end order fulfillment, ensuring products are picked, packed, and prepared with precision

  • Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts or stock chasers to safely and efficiently move inventory

  • Maintain accurate inventory records through real-time data entry for binning, picking, and order tracking

  • Champion a safety-first culture, consistently following all facility guidelines and best practices

  • Deliver exceptional service by working as part of a high-performing team to ensure every order is handled quickly and accurately

Minimum Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED

Additional Requirements

  • Ability to lift up to 75 pounds

  • Ability to stand/walk 67-100% of the time

  • Ability to climb a ladder and/or stairs

  • Ability to read and follow instructions

  • Must wear safety shoes and approve eye protection

  • Qualified candidates, excluding current employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States.
