Beat boredom by juggling multiple design projects at a fast pace without letting a single detail fall through the cracks.
RUN Studios, and its client partner, a large online retailer headquartered in Seattle, are seeking a talented, customer-focused Graphic Designer to join our web retail design team for a 6-month project.
The ideal candidate will have the ability to deliver clean, web-ready designs based on existing style-guides and brand guidelines in a fast-paced production environment. This position requires strong organizational skills, web expertise, intrinsic design ability, typographic skills, and acute attention to detail. The ability to manage multiple projects and communicate with key stakeholders is essential.
As a Graphic Designer, You Will
  • Design and produce high-quality, web-ready graphics following established brand guidelines and design systems.
  • Manipulate and prepare product imagery including masking, compositing, colorizing, and retouching.
  • Optimize digital images for performance and download efficiency across web platforms.
  • Export and prepare image assets to development specifications.
  • Create and maintain clean, scalable graphic templates and production files.
  • Support creation of visual components such as product imagery, size chart graphics, and other ecommerce assets.
  • Follow established workflows and standard operating procedures while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency.
  • Fulfill multiple production requests simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure accuracy and consistency across assets.

In This Role, You Bring
  • 2-4+ years minimum experience in a web production environment.
  • Portfolio demonstrating refined design sensibilities.
  • BA/BS in Design or equivalent.
  • Excellent Adobe Photoshop skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
  • Retail web experience a plus.
  • Photoshop or Figma image production touch-ups experience.
  • Colorizing Masking outlines skills.
  • Exporting images to dev spec experience.
  • Sprite creation experience.
  • Size chart images experience.
  • UX design experience for existing screens, following patterns in our design system.
  • ImageMagick experience or knowledge is preferred but not required. Must be open to Learning this skill.

Compensation
Pay Range: $34.00 - $44.00 (Hourly)
The successful candidate's pay will be based on various factors such as individual qualifications and work location.
Benefits:
Benefits and perks may vary depending on location and nature of the work, but eligible employees have access to medical, dental, vision, life, and AD&D benefits, health savings and flexible spending accounts, other telehealth and wellness benefits, a minimum of seven paid holidays per year, accrual of at least 6.5 days (Temporary Employment) to at least 15 days (Regular Employment) of paid time off per year, a 401k plan with company match, discretionary bonuses dependent on company, team or individual performance, and referral bonuses for eligible hired referrals.
