Job Summary
This is a 19.5 hour per week maximum, part-time temporary position. This position requires employees who are able to positively represent this Office and the College to various internal and external constituents with a positive and professional demeanor at all times.
The employee must have effective writing, verbal communication, and Microsoft Office skills. This person must have a high level of integrity as they may come into contact with confidential information and may serve as the first point of contact for the office, perform clerical duties, run errands on campus, and assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities -
-Serve as a role model and mentor to new, incoming students.
- Lead group activities to welcome new students to the College, encourage interaction among students in the group, and teach them about College resources
-Work effectively with limited supervision.
-This position is designated by the institution as a Position of Trust and is subject to a background investigation.
