Job description

Description

We are seeking highly skilled Manual QA Testers to join our team focused on testing communication and networking applications. This role involves hands-on testing of the latest iOS/macOS software builds. You’ll work closely with developers to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in real time.

Perform fully manual testing on devices across different apps, and networking-related applications.

Execute detailed test plans and test cases.

Load and configure the correct developer software builds for testing.

Conduct on-device and mobile testing.

Identify, document, and file bugs with clarity and precision.

Collaborate directly with developers to resolve issues quickly.

Troubleshoot issues independently and assist in root cause analysis.

Prioritize and close out bugs efficiently, maintaining high quality standards.

Provide strong communication and status updates to team leads and stakeholders.

Apply problem-solving skills to uncover edge cases and ensure robust app performance.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in manual QA testing.

Strong understanding of mobile app functionality and user experience.

Excellent bug reporting and tracking skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills for real-time collaboration.

Experience executing structured test cases and adapting to evolving test plans.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

MUST be highly proficient in macOS and iOS

MUST be onsite 5x a week

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of San Diego, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $38.00/hr.
