Job description

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the USAF E-7 modification programs, ensuring alignment with production performance goals.
  • Actively drive production performance to ensure alignment with cost and schedule targets, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
  • Support executive‑level customer engagements, providing updates on program status and addressing customer questions.
  • Drive operational excellence across all program facets, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Serve as the primary interface with the E‑7 program leadership team regarding production program activity and performance to plan.
  • Provide leadership across BDUK (Boeing Defense UK), BDA (Boeing Defense Australia), BDS (Boeing Defense Systems), and the 3rd party modification supplier to ensure cohesive program execution.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in a leadership role (team leader, temp manager, large scale cross‑functional project/program management, or formal manager experience)
  • 1+ year of experience in a customer facing role engaging with internal and/or external customers
  • Experience working within a fast‑paced team environment which required strong communication skills to frequently interact with program leadership, internal and external customer representatives, and development teams
