Permanent Full-Time Position

A leading industrial company specializing in rail maintenance and services is currently seeking a Bilingual Production Manager to join its team in Moose Jaw.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead production operations while ensuring safety, quality, productivity, and cost objectives are achieved.
• Supervise and support frontline supervisors and unionized employees.
• Plan, coordinate, and manage production schedules to meet operational priorities and deadlines.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, quality, and environmental standards.
• Support employee training, development, and engagement initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals and improve overall performance.

Qualifications:
