Job description

) This is a temporary positon for approximately 3-6 months
Coordinates daily maintenance services and performs routine assignments in resident living and/or recreational areas. Performs duties listed on the preventive maintenance schedule. Arranges furniture and equipment as needed for meetings, activities and special events. Performs routine maintenance on grounds, parking areas, driveways, etc, by cutting, trimming, sweeping, etc., as necessary/directed. Performs routine maintenance and repair on the facility and equipment.
One to two years of building/grounds maintenance with general carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical skills preferred.
