Schedule: Monday through Friday 6:00am to 2:30pm
Pay: $44.59 per hour.

Responsibilities
  • Perform general carpentry work, including framing, drywall installation and repair, trim work, cabinetry, doors, windows, and flooring.
  • Complete routine maintenance and repair tasks for commercial properties.
  • Repair and install locks, hardware, shelving, fixtures, and furniture.
  • Patch, paint, and finish walls, ceilings, and wood surfaces.
  • Maintenance and repairs to a wide variety of automatic doors.
  • Assemble and install equipment, office furniture, and fixtures.
  • Inspect buildings and identify maintenance needs or potential safety hazards.
  • Operate hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment safely.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical drawings.
  • Maintain accurate records of completed work, materials used, and time spent.
  • Ensure work areas remain clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors, customers, and team members regarding project status and repair needs.
  • Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in carpentry, maintenance, or general handyman services.
  • Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques, building materials, and repair methods.
  • Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, painting, drywall, and flooring repairs.
  • Ability to safely operate hand and power tools.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (if travel is required).
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
    Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces for extended periods.
  • Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
  • Manual dexterity and good hand-eye coordination.
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Trade school or vocational training in carpentry or construction.
