If you're not in front of customers, you'll be in the office working with the team, preparing to be in front of customers.
• WHAT YOU WILL DO • Learn how to scope UPS replacements, battery upgrades, bypass systems, repairs, and PM programs • Conduct site visits, build proposals, and manage your pipeline • Work closely with Inside Sales, Contracting, Engineering, and Field Service teams • Build long-term relationships across healthcare, industrial, municipal, and commercial markets • Maintain disciplined follow-up, organization, and CRM accuracy

• WHO YOU ARE You don't need UPS experience to succeed — but you DO need to be: • Coachable and eager to learn • Organized and disciplined • Comfortable in industrial environments • Strong at communication and relationships • Driven to build a career in a high-growth industry • Curious about technical systems (electrical, mechanical, batteries, generators, etc.) Bonus experience: • Industrial or technical sales • Generator, electrical, or HVAC industries • Field service background (UPS, battery, testing, mechanical, electrical) • Selling PM contracts or technical services This role is designed for someone who wants to grow into a Tier 2 Power Systems Senior Account Executive Role.
