What skills and qualifications are needed for a temporary maintenance worker?

To thrive as a Temporary Maintenance worker, you need basic mechanical aptitude, general repair skills, and often a high school diploma or equivalent. Temporary maintenance staff frequently work under the supervision of a facilities manager and collaborate with other maintenance personnel to complete tasks efficiently. Attention to detail, adaptability, and strong communication skills are important for success in these roles.
