Rock Spring Contracting is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Construction Foreman Assistant to support our site supervisors and help ensure the smooth and efficient execution of daily operations on construction projects. Key Responsibilities


  • Assist the Foreman in overseeing day-to-day site operations
  • Coordinate labor and materials to meet project schedules
  • Monitor site safety and ensure compliance with company and OSHA standards
  • Communicate effectively with crew members, subcontractors, and suppliers
  • Help track project progress and document daily activities
  • Perform hands-on work as needed to support crews
