Looking for a 3-4 month temporary, full-time opportunity where you can build your skills in a clean, high-tech manufacturing environment? This Machine Operator role could be a great fit for you.
 
This established manufacturing company produces high-quality electronic components used in a wide range of industries. Their facility is clean, temperature-controlled, and team-oriented, making it a comfortable place to work while learning new skills. 
 
This is a full-time, 3-4 month temporary opportunity with a compressed schedule that gives you 3-4 days off each week. It’s a great opportunity for someone looking for stability, hands-on work, and long-term career growth in manufacturing.
 
Temporary Machine Operator Duties:
  • Run automated machines that produce small, precision parts (either injection molded plastic components or automated assembly of electronic parts)
  • Load materials and keep machines running smoothly by monitoring cycles and making simple adjustments when needed
  • Make hands-on machine adjustments such as alignment, sensors, pin placement, or process settings to keep parts accurate and in spec 
  • Check parts during production using visual inspection and basic measuring tools to ensure quality standards are consistently met 
  • Support overall production flow by tracking output, staging materials, and moving finished parts to the next step in the process
 
Schedule: 
  • Day shift: Monday to Thursday, 6am – 4pm 
  • Night shift: Friday to Sunday, every other Thursday, 5:45 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.
 
Pay: 
  • Day shift: $19.50 - $23 per hour depending on experience 
  • Night shift: $21.84– $25.76 per hour includes the 12% shift differential 
 
Temporary Machine Operator Requirements:
  • 1 year of manufacturing machine operation experience within the past 5 years
  • Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
  • Familiar using computer daily on the job for tracking production
  • Strong attention to detail and quality
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
