Job Title: Production AssociateJob DescriptionJoin our team as a Production Associate, where you will be responsible for the safe manufacturing of metal E-Rings. This role requires proficiency in utilizing standard measuring devices and gauges, as well as the ability to safely operate all manufacturing equipment involved in the process.
Responsibilities
- Manufacture metal E-Rings according to documentation and procedures.
- Safely operate Planish Press, Belt Sander, Roll Form Machines, Polish Equipment, and Hydraulic Presses to manufacture completed parts.
- Read and interpret work instructions.
- Communicate with others regarding work order status and completion.
- Perform assembly and inspection of parts.
Essential Skills- Experience as a Machine Operator and Assembler.
- Mechanical inclination.
- Computer skills.
- Ability to read and write English.
Additional Skills & Qualifications- High school diploma.
- Basic math skills.
- Ability to lift 25 pounds.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Work Environment
E Ring Associates collaborate with other team members, Manufacturing Leads, and Manufacturing Support. Reporting to the Manufacturing Manager, this role requires frequent standing and walking, as well as the use of hands to operate machines, measuring devices, and computers. Specific vision abilities include close vision. Regular attendance and the ability to follow written and verbal directions are expected. The work shifts available are: 1st shift from 7AM-3:30PM Monday-Friday with potential for overtime, 2nd shift from 3PM-12AM Monday-Thursday and 3PM-7PM Friday, and 3rd shift from 11PM-7AM Sunday-Thursday.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.00/hr.
