Line/Grill Cook Full-Time and Part-Time | Flexible Scheduling Available
At Cotton Patch Cafe, we cook scratch-made Texas favorites and serve them with real hospitality. We're looking for an experienced Line/Grill Cook who can own their station, execute consistently under pressure, and help maintain the energy and standards that make our kitchen run. If you thrive in the heat - this one's for you.
What You'll Do
  • Execute all grill and fryer items to temperature and spec
  • Set up, maintain, and break down your station for every shift
  • Communicate clearly with expo, front-of-house, and kitchen team
  • Follow all food safety, temperature, and sanitation standards
  • Assist with prep tasks and cross-station coverage as needed

What We're Looking For
  • 2+ years of line/grill cook experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment
  • Proven grill/fryer station experience; confidence cooking proteins to temp
  • Strong knife skills and working knowledge of line cooking techniques
  • Ability to work efficiently and stay composed during high-volume service
  • Food handler certification required
  • Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
