Job Summary:
We are hiring a Line Cook who can deliver exceptional guest service and exceed guest expectations. This role suits someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, has a passion for genuine hospitality and a team player with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities:
  • Cooks or otherwise prepares food according to recipe.
  • Inventories food supplies and equipment weekly.
  • Orders kitchen supplies as needed, includes preparing supply orders for management to approve and place.
  • Ensures all temp logs and waste logs are maintained daily.
  • Receives, dates, and examines food stuffs and supplies to ensure quality and quantity meet established standards and specifications.
  • Properly stores foods in designated areas following wrapping, dating and ration procedures.
  • Cleans work areas, equipment and utensils.

REQUIREMENTS
  • Ability to understand and follow directions
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Required to continuously stand or walk 95% of their scheduled shift
  • May be required to workdays, evenings, weekends, overtime and/or holidays. In addition, must be a flexible worker with attention to detail.
  • Prior hospitality experience preferred
