As a Senior Line Cook at 8Eleven Modern Bistro, you'll bring your culinary expertise to a fast-paced, upscale kitchen — executing restaurant-quality dishes, mentoring junior cooks, and upholding the food quality and consistency standards that define the guest experience. From mise en place to plate presentation, you'll play a key role in the daily success of one of West Lafayette's premier hotel dining destinations. What You'll Do
- Mentor entry-level cooks and culinary apprentices; oversee daily prep and production
- Execute back-of-house (BOH) operations following F&B procedures, health codes, and federal guidelines
